What is Injection molding?
Injection molding is one of the most important processes for mass production of objects from thermoplastics, usually without additional finishing being required.
The plastic material is heated until it becomes a viscous melt. It is then forced into a closed mold that defines the shape of the article to be produced. There the material is cooled until it reverts to a solid, then the mold is opened and the finished part is extracted.
What Material we use for Injection Molding?
HDPE, PP, PET, Abs, nylon, PBT, and PC
Why Injection Molding?
The economics of this process are excellent for articles with complex geometry, giving this process an advantage over other techniques. Cost per molding improves with scale, despite the sizable initial cost of injection molding machines.
Limitations of Injection Molding:
- Based on Material nature, the complexity of retaining the required size & shape may differ
- Tool designing need to be so precise which allow only the industry expert to run a mold shop
What We do?
We are tied up with an ISO9001 certified company, with highly skilled tool room which designs their own tooling for Injection molding. We are expertized in rapid Prototyping & Robust Production tooling / manufacturing of Plastic Injection Molding at Competitive pricing.
